+ Are we allowed to smoke in the rooms?

The White House Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

+ Do you allow pets?

+ What is the minimum age to check in?

You must be 21 years or older to check in at this property.

+ Will the pool be open during my stay?

The pool opens for the season in March and closes in October, weather permitting.

+ Do your rooms have Jacuzzis?

A limited number of our suites feature soaking tubs.

+ Do your rooms have mini-fridges or microwaves?

Our suites do feature mini-fridges and microwaves; our rooms do not.

+ Are meals included in my stay?

Meals are not provided in the price of your stay. However, you are able to use your $100 incidental to charge to your room at any of our on-site dining options. For menus, click here.

+ What happens if I get there before check in time?

We do offer early check in for a fee of $25 beginning at 1pm if the room is available at that time. Early check in is based on availability.

+ When will my $100 incidental authorization be returned?

With most credit cards, the incidental hold will drop off 3-5 days after your check out date. With debit cards, it can take up to 30 days to return to your card. If the hold does not drop off after the specified times, please contact your bank.
